Data we process

We process data needed for accounts and authentication, such as email, account identifiers and any name or profile image provided by a login provider.

For beta requests, we process email, operating system, providers used, use case, role, optional profile link and terms acceptance.

For subscriptions and billing, we process minimal account data, plan, license status and payment references received from the payment provider. We do not store full card details.

Chats and desktop app data

Cadrega does not collect local chat contents, messages, project context or files handled in the desktop app. Those data stay in local storage on the user’s computer.

If users send content to external AI providers through their own keys or accounts, that processing depends on the selected provider and its terms.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to create and manage accounts, provide beta access, respond to requests, manage licenses and subscriptions, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases include contract performance or pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate interest in service security and consent where required.

Retention and recipients

Account data are kept while the account is active or as needed for legal obligations. Beta requests are kept to manage access and may be deleted on request unless contrary obligations apply.

We may use technical providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, payments and security. They process data only as needed for the service.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by contacting vitali.pisani@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
